BBO Poker Tables

  • Inspect each product for shipping damage or factory malfunctions.
  • All products are eligible for return up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and custom orders (poker and game tables with custom armrest material and custom layouts) are non-refundable.
  • Any returned product must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition The product cannot have been assembled or used in anyway.

 

GLD Products

  • All returned items must be in "as new" condition. “As new” means that the product is in the same condition in which you received it.
  • Please return the item in the original packaging including any manuals, cabling, and accessories in saleable condition.
  • Items to be returned must be unused and unmodified in any way.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
  • Customer must initiate the return process within 30 days upon delivery.
  • We warrant every product we make to be free of manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.
  • We will work with each customer to ensure that they are satisfied with their product.
  • GLD does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by shipping, misuse, abuse, accidents, the natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear.

 

Joola

  • All returns, exchanges or refund requests must first be authorized by contacting our Customer Service Department.
  • You have 30 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be new, unused and contain all original packaging and accessories.
  • Rubber, nets, and balls cannot be returned if opened, unless item is defective.
  • Apparel cannot be returned if worn or washed.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to make a return or exchange.
  • All returns or exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by our Customer Service.
  • Please note that additional shipping and handling charges will apply. If the return or exchange is a result of our error or defect, you will not be charged for return shipping and handling.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on all returns or exchanges.
  • Shipping costs are non­refundable.
  • Collect on Delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted.
  • Items that are deemed to be unacceptable for resale cannot be refunded. Please ensure that items are properly packed to protect against damage during delivery.
  • If return or exchange is the result of our error or defect, shipping costs will not be incurred.
  • Assembled Rackets, Tables, Glues, Cleaners, and Edge Tapes are NOT returnable or exchangeable unless defective or the result of error.
  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is a result of defect.

  

Kestell Furniture

  • Customer must initiate the return process within 15 days upon delivery.
  • For returns, there is a 15% re-stocking fee if the item is new with no damages. 
  • If its returned and it’s damaged, there is no refund.

 

Killerspin

  • Any returned product must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition to an address provided to you by a Customer Service Representative, or the customer will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.
  • Customer must obtain and submit within fifteen (15) days a Killerspin Return Authorization Number with the date of shipments, appropriate serial number(s), model(s) and color(s) of damaged Product(s).
  • Products must be new, unused, and contain all original accessories. Rubber, nets, and balls cannot be returned if opened.
  • Returned goods must be shipped with freight prepaid via US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx, or an LTL freight company of your choice (for larger items, such as tables).
  • Refunds will not be given for the shipping costs. This applies to all products, including tables.
  • If the returned merchandise is found to be factory defective, a shipping label will be provided to you by a Customer Service Representative.
  • Products returned, and in the opinion of Killerspin that appear to be damaged by the customer, will NOT be accepted for return, exchange, or refund.
  • A customer requesting the return of the damaged product which was sent to and received by Killerspin will require all shipping charges to be charged to the customer for the return of such product or products unless arrangements of such products are made in advance and authorized by Killerspin.
  • The above rules and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

RAM Game Room

  • Customer must initiate the return process within 15 days upon delivery.
  • If a product arrives in excellent working condition and you would like to return the item, you have two options:
    • We will send calls tags and make arrangements for the products to be picked up. Once the items are returned to the warehouse and are in good working order, in their original packaging, we can issue a credit for the item, less 25% re-stocking fee & the costs of shipping the item back to us.
    • You can make the necessary arrangements to have the products shipped back to our warehouse. Once the items are returned to the warehouse and are in good working order, in their original packaging, we can issue a credit for the item, less a 25% re-stocking fee.
