Shipping
Please read our shipping & receiving policy very carefully so we may quickly solve any issues you may encounter.
Order Confirmation - As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Standard Shipping - All orders, excluding tables are sent via UPS, USPS or FedEx Ground and have a standard delivery time of 3 to 5 business days. Shipping cost is determined by the zone where the destination zip code is located.
Table Shipping - Most deliveries are CURBSIDE ONLY unless you have set up white glove/inside delivery with us for a fee prior to your table shipping. Table shipping is curbside to most cities in the 48 contiguous United States. Freight companies' rates are higher than average to certain areas of the United States and additional charges may apply. If so, you will be notified before your table is shipped. Our carrier will call you prior to delivery to schedule a day and time to deliver your table. Please note: Elivate or our carriers, or manufacturers are not liable for damages that occur while moving your table into your residence or business, so please make sure you have assistance on the day your table arrives to insure you and your table make it inside safely. See below for further table shipping instructions.
White Glove Service – We offer variations of assistance you can add on depending on the table chosen. White glove service may include assembly, unpacking, and uncrating in the room of your choice.
Before Placing a Table Order:
- Check freight access. Due to size, some trucks may be unable to access certain residential areas. If you are aware that your destination may have this issue, please notify Elivate before placing your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- Provide your phone number on your order. Your phone number is needed to process your order because freight deliveries are scheduled with the carrier via phone once the item arrives at your local distribution center.
- Double check your address. If the shipping destination address needs to be changed for any reason after the table has already been shipped, the freight carrier will charge you an additional fee.
Awaiting Your Table Order:
- Expect a call. Deliveries are scheduled by the carrier via phone. On rare occasions, customers may be responsible for charges related to missed deliveries or storage fees when a table delivery cannot be scheduled.
- Arrange for someone to be home. An adult must be present at the time of delivery. Shipments will not be left unless signed for. Most freight companies require a four-hour time window for delivery. Deliveries are curbside only so please arrange for extra assistance as your table is quite heavy.
Upon Delivery:
- IMPORTANT - Inspect your delivery before signing the delivery receipt!
- Count the Number of Boxes – inspect the pallet and make sure the count matches the Delivery Receipt. Report any missing boxes to the driver and NOTE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT.
- Ensure Delivery is Correct - If the wrong table is delivered, please refuse the freight. If you discover the delivered table is wrong after the driver has left, please do not unpack or assemble the table. Leave everything in the original package and notify our customer service team immediately.

Check for Damage – Look for a punctured or smashed box, open it and make sure that there is no damage. In the event of damage, you must report it to the driver and NOTE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT. Table damage must be noted on the Proof of Delivery at the time of delivery to ensure proper credit. If for any reason you suspect damage is not visible, please note "Subject to Inspection" on the delivery receipt.
- Typically, you get 15 mins to inspect and you have the right to refuse any damaged portions of the shipment.
- If the table looks damaged, write “REFUSED/DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt, and refuse the freight. Do not accept the delivery if the package shows any signs of damage. Take photos of the damage and send an email to sales@elivateshop.com and we will make sure your replacement pieces get arranged to be shipped out quickly. DO NOT accept the damaged box, send it back with the driver. Please keep any other boxes which are in good condition.
- If you do not note the damage on the Delivery Receipt, you are confirming that you received the goods in perfect condition and you release the shipping company of any liability on the shipment
- Concealed Damage - For any concealed damage found after the delivery, you must take pictures of the damage and email sales@elivateshop.com within 5 days of delivery. Please do not attempt to assemble the table. Please keep all the original packaging, including the pallet. If the table needs to be returned, the original packaging will be required for the table to be picked up.
- Should you miss the arranged pickup time and re-packaging, you will be responsible for any additional charges for new pick up and/or other such fees established by the Freight Company and Elivate.
